Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd (BPCL) has issued a notification for recruitment of trainee posts in various departments. This will replace the chemistry trainee and general workman trainee posts in the coach refinery. Those selected are trained for a year. Initially, the remuneration is paid between Rs 30 to Rs 40,000 per month.
Chemist Trainee: 03
Qualifications: Chemistry must have a master's degree with at least 60 percent marks. Analitical chemistry is the priority for those who read. The relevant section should have at least one year experience.
2) General Workman Trainee: 34
Sections: Chemical, Mechanical.
Qualifications: Diploma with minimum 60% marks in Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering. The relevant field should have a year experience.
Age: Between 18 to 30 years as of June 1, 2017 Conditions are relaxed in the age limit for SC, ST, OBC and reimbursement.

Selection Procedure: Online Written Test, Skilled Test, Pre Medical Test. The applications are short listed on the basis of academic merit of the candidates. They have an online examination test. The written exam is technically relevant to technical, general awareness, general knowledge, quantitative aptitude and general English as Objective. The skill test will be conducted on merit basis by qualified candidates.
